Hi Sup’er! 👩🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳 No one knows the exact origin of Vietnamese fresh spring rolls. Some say they are a variation of Chinese egg rolls. What we do know for sure, is that the fresh ingredients make for a perfect Spring meal. Fresh rolls also allow you to get creative in the kitchen. In fact, my favorite part of this recipe is picking out the crunchy, fluffy and soft ingredients (see recipe for details)!
