Hi Sup’er! πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ³πŸ‘¨πŸ½β€πŸ³ We are staying inside to stay healthy, but it’s not so bad because we can spend even more time in the kitchen. And we do LOTS of traveling from our kitchen anyway. This week we travel to the Middle East and North Africa to make falafel. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, falafel is the perfect snack! This popular street food in the Middle East and North Africa is made of chickpeas or fava beans, and sometimes both! Falafel is so popular in the Middle East that McDonald’s even served their own version, the “McFalafel”. It is common to eat falafel in a pita, wrapped in flatbread or with a salad. Any way you eat it, you can’t go wrong! Click here for the recipe card.
